Nacido en Bilbao, el artista desarrolla su práctica entre Getxo (Vizcaya) y Madrid, donde mantiene su estudio. Su trabajo se construye desde el desplazamiento constante, con viajes frecuentes tanto dentro de España como a nivel internacional, entendidos como parte esencial de su proceso de investigación y producción fotográfica.
Su trayectoria ha sido reconocida con destacados galardones que subrayan la relevancia de su propuesta en el contexto contemporáneo. Entre ellos, el Primer Premio en el IX Premio de Fotografía Fundación ENAIRE (2016) y el Premio FLECHA (2018), otorgado en el marco de la Feria de Arte Contemporáneo de Madrid por votación directa de los artistas participantes, lo que refuerza su reconocimiento dentro de la propia comunidad artística.
Born in Bilbao, the artist develops his practice between Getxo (Biscay) and Madrid, where his studio is based. His work is shaped through constant movement, with frequent travels across Spain and internationally, understood as an essential part of his research and photographic production.
His career has been recognized through significant awards that highlight the relevance of his practice within the contemporary context. These include First Prize at the 9th ENAIRE Foundation Photography Award (2016) and the FLECHA Award (2018), granted during the Madrid Contemporary Art Fair by a vote of participating artists, reinforcing his recognition within the artistic community itself.
