PHotoESPAÑA 2025 quiere dedicar especial atención a las nuevas prácticas, formatos y canales de creación y producción de imágenes y junto a CUPRA City Garage Madrid, espacio innovador y disruptivo ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, que busca expandir la noción de la fotografía, mostrando la extraordinaria diversidad de la práctica artística visual contemporánea.
Así, creadores visuales que traspasan los límites del lenguaje fotográfico, seleccionados por convocatoria abierta, pueden compartir sus obras más recientes con nuevos públicos a través de las pantallas y de la sala inmersiva de CUPRA City Garage Madrid, convertido durante el Festival en un espacio único de visibilidad y conexión para talentos emergentes que trabajan con perspectivas visuales, estilos y narrativas que están transformando el panorama de la fotografía contemporánea, con propuestas rompedoras que van más allá de lo convencional.

PHotoESPAÑA 2025 aims to place special emphasis on new practices, formats, and channels of image creation and production. Together with CUPRA City Garage Madrid, an innovative and disruptive space located in the heart of the city, the initiative seeks to expand the notion of photography by showcasing the extraordinary diversity of contemporary visual artistic practice.
In this context, visual creators who push the boundaries of photographic language, selected through an open call, will have the opportunity to share their most recent works with new audiences through the screens and immersive room at CUPRA City Garage Madrid. During the Festival, this venue will become a unique space for visibility and connection for emerging talents working with visual perspectives, styles, and narratives that are transforming the contemporary photography scene — with groundbreaking proposals that go beyond the conventional.
