Javier Arboledas (Granada, 1974) es fotógrafo formado en el Máster de Fotografía: Arte y Técnica de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Su práctica se articula en torno a proyectos de largo recorrido sobre memoria, territorio e identidad. Ha sido finalista en Descubrimientos PHotoESPAÑA 2023, GETXOPHOTO MAPS 2024 y Encontros da Imagem 2025, y recibió la Beca Iberia PHotoESPAÑA PRO 2025. Su obra se ha expuesto en España y en el Museo Estatal Ruso de San Petersburgo en Málaga. En 2024 publicó el fotolibro Ciudad secreta.
Javier Arboledas (Granada, 1974) is a photographer trained at the Master’s in Photography: Art and Technique at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. His practice revolves around long-term projects exploring memory, territory and identity. He has been a finalist at Descubrimientos PHotoESPAÑA 2023, GETXOPHOTO MAPS 2024 and Encontros da Imagem 2025, and received the Iberia PHotoESPAÑA PRO 2025 grant. His work has been exhibited across Spain and at the State Russian Museum in Málaga. In 2024 he published the photobook Ciudad secreta.
